We are pleased to share the results of our latest PAMMS (Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution) assessment.
The inspection rated our service Good across all five key areas, including involvement, personalised care, safeguarding, staffing, and quality of management. Across the quality standards, 17 areas were rated Good, demonstrating our continued commitment to providing safe, high-quality care.
The assessment also identified two areas for improvement- Consent and Records. We have already taken positive steps to strengthen these areas and remain committed to continually improving the service we provide.
