We are delighted to announce the results of our latest PAMMS (Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution) inspection.

Our service received Excellent ratings for Quality of Management and Records, with Good ratings across every other area assessed. In total, we achieved 2 Excellent and 17 Good ratings, with no areas requiring improvement.

These results reflect our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care, supported by strong leadership, effective governance, and a dedicated team. We are incredibly proud of our staff, whose hard work and compassion make a difference to the lives of the people we support every day.
