• Initial Welcome Training - this take place when you join and is an accredited care qualification
• 3 months' in-house training program - teaching you hands on support resulting in a full quality assessment.
• Levels 2,3 & 5 Diplomas in Health & Social Care can also encouraged to further your career.

Expanding your skills

First Choice Home Care also provide specialist care training, expanding team members skills and meeting client specific needs. We are always looking to improve our standard of care.  All training takes place in our training facilities at Halesworth and Snetterton and is quality assessed.
