Our Mission

“To provide community based care and support tailored to personal choice.”
We listen and we truly care.

We all have to make choices with advancing age when everyday life becomes a bit difficult to cope with independently. Limited options available may involve becoming increasingly reliant on the kindness of family, friends and neighbours, which might leave you feeling that you are becoming a burden and that the only consideration is to move into a residential care home.

First Choice Home Care can offer you an alternative choice that allows you to remain within the comfortable and much-loved surroundings of your own home by providing a supportive live-in care service, helping you maintain independence and choice.

The security of familiar surroundings and a regular routine, combined with the reassurance of having an experienced carer to help deal with everyday tasks and requirements, allows our service users to enjoy a quality of life not easily matched in other environments.

We can provide care for those who suffer from Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s and dementia, as well as respite care to give primary carers a break. These are just a few examples of what we can do for you, go to the Our Services page if to see the full list.

We currently currently have care teams in the Waveney district and Diss, as you can see in the maps below.

Care Quality Commission are the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England. Our job is to make sure that care provided by hospitals, dentists, ambulances, care homes and services in people’s own homes and elsewhere meets national standards of quality and safety.
